Step 1

Step 1

Step 1

Dip it!

Place your thread into the InstaNeedle primer (YELLOW label),

 allowing it to dip down

into the liquid in the bottle.

Step 2

Step 1

Step 1

Strip it!

Gently pull the thread out of the

liquid while squeezing the specially designed InstaNeedle cap. This will remove excess material from your thread.

Step 3

Step 1

Step 3

Dip it again!

Place your thread into the  InstaNeedleX (BLUE label), allowing it to dip down into the liquid in the bottle. This second coat makes an even STRONGER needle

for your beading project.

You can do multiple dip and strips

on this step if necessary

to really strengthen your thread.

Step 4

Step 4

Step 3

Strip it!

Gently pull the thread out of the liquid while squeezing the specially designed InstaNeedle cap. This will remove excess material from your thread, making your thread super strong for beading.

If not as strong as you'd like,

dip and strip again!

Step 5

Step 4

Step 5

Clip it!

Allow the InstaNeedle material to dry for a minute on your thread. When it's dry to touch, you can clip the end of the thread with your scissors, cutting at a slight angle to create the perfect needle for your beading project.

Step 6

Step 4

Step 5

BEAD IT!

Your needle thread is now

ready to go to work.

Happy Beading!

Some Tips for You

When Using InstaNeedle...

When Using InstaNeedle...

work in a well ventilated area.

InstaNeedle has an aroma that

can irritate some sinuses.

It's the nature of the chemistry

of the product.

Works on most threads.

When Using InstaNeedle...

When Using InstaNeedle...

When using man-made thread, like Fireline and Beadalon stretch cord, multiple dips into the InstaNeedleX (BLUE label) creates a coating on the thread that makes it stiff enough to string beads on.

We found that it wasn't necessary to dip in the Primer (YELLOW label) first.

Protect your work area...

When Using InstaNeedle...

Protect your work area...

with a teflon or heavy plastic work sheet. Clean any spills promptly

with Debonder or acetone.

Be careful using paper towels!

They have inherent moisture in them

and will react to the InstaNeedle.

Old T-shirts work great.

Be cautious!

When not in use...

Protect your work area...

InstaNeedle works in seconds!

Make sure you wait a short while before touching the thread as you could

bond it to your fingers.

When not in use...

put the original caps back on the bottles. This will increase the shelf life of your product and help prevent any leaks or spills.

After putting the original caps back on the bottles, place in a baggie and store in a cool, dry place. The refrigerator works great.

Keep out of reach of children.

Clean your tips...

as soon as you're finished making your needle using acetone or Debonder.

The InstaNeedle is stronger than the plastic tips. If it dries in the tips it can cause them to crack. Use a Qtip coated with acetone or Debonder. Allow to soak for a few minutes. Make sure all the adhesive is cleaned off. Allow to air dry as the acetone will evaporate or you can rinse with water once all the adhesive is removed.
